Your role

You will work as a Warehouse Operative in close cooperation with the Warehouse and Shipping Co-Ordinator, production and planning department in order to keep a good quality and flow of material in and out of our production.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Your responsibilities include storing materials, picking and packing orders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keeping record of stock
  • Keep quality standards high and participate in process development
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Support the production line with material deliveries

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Operative, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in inventory softwares, databases and systems
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, -Word and -Outlook
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and its documentation
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and handle warehouse tools and equipment’s
  • Current forklift licence
