ILS Manager

If you want to work with digital and analogue communication systems within defence projects, you might be one of the new members of our ILS team (Integrated Logistics Support). 

We are rapidly growing our business in the global defence market and we are looking for new colleagues to join our team.

Your role

As our new ILS Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of ILS products for complex communication systems.

By analyzing customer requirements, planning and implementing the ILS project tasks accordingly, you make sure that the project’s goals are accomplished.

Our products have to meet project and customer expectations.

Do you want to be part of securing this through:

  • Requirements analysis, calculation and offer evaluation

  • Preparing, conducting and following up on internal and/or external reviews

  • Preparation of project documentation for internal and external purposes (e.g. ILS management plans and specifications)

  • Fine-tuning ILS deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, including sub-contractors

  • Submission and acceptance of deliveries released by the project

  • Coordination and preparation of tender documents for ILS deliveries

  • Identifying resource requirements to complete ILS project tasks and coordinate internally

  • Risk management, e.g. identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans

You will be an important part of ensuring that we are able to deliver project goals in accordance with project needs.

The tasks are performed in close cooperation with system architects and engineers, ILS experts, customers and suppliers. To be successful you will have to communicate and align between many stakeholders.

Your Profile

You enjoy working with technical challenges and you are structured and process driven. We look for people with the right motivation, who are willing to learn and have the right skills to manage small project teams. You have appropriate qualification and/or relevant work experience in this field.

We are in a global environment and therefore look for candi­dates who are good communicators, are able to travel if necessary and people who speak and write English fluently.
